Shipping and returns

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you received the products purchased on shop.venti4.com Pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised using, at your option, one of the following methods: i) use of the Return Form (conforming to the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) that you can find online in the Customer Service area to be completed in full to obtain the return number (the Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail of receipt of the request for withdrawal transmitted by the Return Form); ii) use of this form (conforming to the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) to be completed in full in all its fields; iii) sending the Seller another explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract, it being understood, in such cases, that you will remain responsible for proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The products to be returned must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The products can be returned by means of shipment of the package through the courier indicated by Domus Parfum S.r.l. using the label that will be sent to you at the moment of the approval of your return, or through another forwarding agent. In some specific cases, duly reported in the Return Form, it will be possible to change the chosen item with another one.

I. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code

The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to be properly exercised if the following conditions are fully complied with
a. within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, you must properly complete and submit: the Return Form that you find in the Customer Service area or, alternatively, you can fill out and send this form or send another explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract by registered letter to the address of DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L., Via Leopardi, 8 - 20123 Milan, to be confirmed at your discretion;
b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
d. the products must be returned in their packaging; the packaging must be sealed as it was originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that make it up;
e. the returned products must be delivered to the carrier of your choice within fourteen (14) days starting from when you informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
f. the products must not be damaged.
If you have complied with all the conditions required, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code will refund the full price of the products purchased, you will only have to pay the cost of return, ie those for returning to DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  of the products purchased, unless DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  has expressly exempted you from these costs at the time of purchase and on the further condition that you use the carrier indicated in the Return Form. In case you decide to use a different forwarding agent, you will have to pay personally the expenses of the return.

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out in points a), e) and f) above. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in letters b), c) and d) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you will be able to choose whether to accept the reduction in the refund, which will be communicated to you, due to the reduced value of the returned products, or to have the purchased products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse this shipment DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund due to the decrease in value of the products returned.


  1. Time and method of refund

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance of return and DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  will proceed with the full refund, or, if it is found that there is a decrease in the value of returned products, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the amount deducted as a reduction of the refund and DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  will proceed to refund the amount due. Whatever method of payment you used (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund will be activated by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  in the shortest time possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has verified that the withdrawal has taken place in accordance with the above conditions.

The actual time for the re-credit or refund of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment method used:
- purchase by credit/debit card: the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of the refund is the same as that of the debit;
- purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- cash on delivery: the refund will be made to the bank account you have indicated, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and the bank where you opened the account.
In the event of a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.


III. Conditions for exchanging products

In some specific cases, duly indicated in the Return Form, as an alternative to exercising your right of withdrawal, you will have the opportunity to exchange the purchased products for others, instead of obtaining a refund of the relative price.

The exchange request will take place within the limits set out below:
a. only those products purchased for which this possibility is expressly provided for in the Return Form may be exchanged;
b. you may request the exchange of one or more purchased products only with products of the same brand with different fragrances and same price. In any case, the options available for the exchange will be indicated in the Return Form;
c. you may request an exchange of one or more products purchased within and no later than fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery, by completing the Return Form, to be sent electronically to DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  within the aforementioned deadline. The products to be exchanged must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from when you informed the Seller of your decision to exchange the products.

  1. you may only make one exchange request per product purchased;
    e. the products for which you request an exchange must be returned to DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. in their original packaging, neither used, nor worn, washed or damaged, and the identification tag must still be attached with the disposable seal;
    f. the products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be sent to DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. in a single shipment. DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. , in fact, reserves the right not to accept products of the same order, sent for exchange at different times.

If all of the above conditions are correctly met, once you have filled in and sent the Return Form containing your exchange request, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  will take care of the same replacement request by sending you an e-mail confirmation to that effect.

  1. Time and procedures for obtaining the change

After DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  has received the products you intend to change and checked that all the requirements set out above have been met, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  will check the actual availability in its warehouses of products you have selected.

In the event that the product or products selected for exchange are not available, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  cannot accept your request for an exchange and will therefore proceed to refund the price of the product or products originally purchased and not replaceable, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and in the manner provided in sections I and II of this statement.

In the event that the product or products selected for exchange are available, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  will be able to accept your request for exchange and will therefore proceed to send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of replacement products. The shipment will take place in this case within thirty (30) days from the date on which DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  will be aware of your request for exchange, once verified that the same has been made in accordance with the conditions set out above in section III of this information. The shipping costs of replacement products will be borne by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. , which will choose the relevant carrier.

If the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the price of the product selected for the exchange, you will not be entitled to any refund and/or charge for the difference.

You will be contacted if your exchange request cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in section III of this policy. In this case, you may choose to have the products you wish to exchange returned to you at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  reserves the right to retain the products and also recurring one of the assumptions mentioned above in section I of this statement, may also retain the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products themselves, or the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund due to the decrease in value of the products returned.

The replacement product(s) may be returned pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code and in accordance with the provisions of Sections I and II above.


  1. Product identification label

All products sold by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  have an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the product. We also remind you that, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, you will be liable for any decrease in the value of products returned to the Seller, resulting from the use of products other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation.


  1. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The returns can be sent through the courier indicated by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. This method will allow DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  to pay for the shipment on your behalf and to check where your parcel is at any time. In order to organize the withdrawal of the products you want to return. Alternatively, in case you decide to use, for the return of the products, a forwarding agent different from the one indicated by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.  for the return of the products, you will have to pay personally the expenses of the return and it will remain at your charge the responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during the transport.


VII. Consumer Code
These Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
