Terms of sale
The offer and sale of products on our website ("shop.venti4.com") are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The products purchased on shop.venti4.com are sold directly by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. ("VENTI4" or the "Seller"), with registered office in Italy, Via Leopardi N.8, - 20123 Milan, Iscr. Reg. Imp., C.F. and P.IVA n. 04062240165, Cap. Soc. €10.000 int. vers.

Our commercial policy
1.1
The Seller offers products for sale on shop.venti4.com and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers".
1.2
When we talk about "consumer" we refer to any natural person who acts on shop.venti4.com with purposes not related to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. If you are not a "consumer", please refrain from entering into commercial transactions through shop.venti4.com.
1.3
In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders coming from persons other than "consumers" or in any case orders which do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders of products on shop.venti4.com between the users of shop.venti4.com and the Seller.
1.5
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by any party other than the Seller, which are present on shop.venti4.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from third parties, we recommend that you verify the third party's terms and conditions, since the Vendor shall not be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of shop.venti4.com and third parties.
- How to conclude the contract with VENTI4
2.1
In order to enter into a contract for the purchase of one or more products on shop.venti4.com, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and send it electronically to the seller, following the relevant instructions.
2.2
Before proceeding with the purchase of products, by submitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, to print a copy using the print command and to save or reproduce a copy for your personal use. We will also provide you with a summary of the commercial and contractual conditions that we propose for the purchase of products, which contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered with its price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you may use to purchase each product, the delivery methods for the products purchased, the methods for handling complaints by the professional, the shipping and delivery costs; as well as the Seller's references and geographical and e-mail address and the date by which the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods. The Seller will also provide you with a summary of the conditions and procedures for exercising your right of withdrawal, as provided for by Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the "Consumer Code"). If applicable to the purchase, you will be informed that, in case of withdrawal, you will have to bear the cost of returning the products. In any case, you will be reminded of the existence of the legal guarantee of conformity of the products, you will be provided with the contact details of our after-sales service and we will remind you of the possibility of using the independent and institutional conciliation service Risolvi Online, provided by the Chamber of Arbitration of the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
2.3 In the order form, which will be displayed immediately prior to the conclusion of the purchase contract, we will provide you with summary information about the essential characteristics of each product ordered, the price (including all applicable taxes or duties) and the shipping costs (including any additional costs incurred by you as a result of having chosen a different and/or faster shipping method and delivery than the standard one). The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after checking that the data relating to your order is correct.
2.4
The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process your order and in any case within the terms of the law. You will be able to access your order form by consulting the My Order section.
2.5
When you submit your order form, you will be informed that you are obliged to pay the price indicated. Before submitting your order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any input errors.
2.6
The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian.
2.7
Upon conclusion of the contract, VENTI4 shall process your purchase order.
2.8
The Seller may not process your purchase orders if they do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or if they are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are not available.
In these cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.
If the products displayed on shop.venti4.com are no longer available at the time of your last access to the website or at the time the order form is sent, the Vendor shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within thirty (30) days from the day after Vendor receives your order. If the order form is sent and the price is paid, the Seller shall refund, without undue delay, the amount you have already paid in advance and the contract shall be considered terminated between the parties.
2.9
By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your relations with the Seller. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on shop.venti4.com.
2.10
By submitting an order form you confirm that you are aware of and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and further information contained on shop.venti4.com, also referred to through links, including the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy and Information on the right of withdrawal.
2.11
Upon conclusion of the contract, the Seller shall send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the General Conditions of Sale and the summary document on the Right of Withdrawal and, therefore, all the information already contained in the summary of the commercial and contractual conditions displayed before proceeding to the purchase.
2.12
Please note that the product you purchase is intended exclusively for the country in which you place the order; therefore, if you decide to place the product in a different country, you are responsible for placing it there and are required to follow the applicable regulations and restrictions both for export from the country in which you purchased the item and for import into the country to which you intend to take it. VENTI4 hereby disclaims all liability in this regard.
- Guarantees and indication of product prices
3.1
On shop.venti4.com only luxury brand products of the highest quality are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly by the Seller from fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their strict quality controls.
3.2
The Seller does not sell second-hand, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standards offered on the market. Only vintage items that are offered for sale in the specific section of shop.venti4.com, due to their particular nature, may be used and/or in a clearly worn condition. In the description of each vintage product VENTI4 will take care of specifying the condition of the item presented if it differs from the standards offered on the market.
3.3
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on shop.venti4.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on shop.venti4.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4
The prices of the products may be subject to updates. Check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
3.5
Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed on the splash page cannot be accepted by the Seller.
3.6
All products have an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We ask you not to remove the tag and its seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.
3.7
Pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, you will be liable for any decrease in the value of the products purchased on shop.venti4.com as a result of using the products other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and operation. Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, the Seller has the right not to accept the return or not to refund the full amount paid for the purchase, in relation to those products that do not have the relevant label or have been altered in their essential characteristics and quality or have been damaged, as explained in paragraph 8.10.
3.8
All products sold by the Seller are covered by the legal warranty of twenty-four (24) months for conformity defects, in accordance with the applicable law. The lack of conformity of the product must be communicated to the Seller within two (2) months from its discovery. The lack of conformity can be notified to the Seller by contacting the Customer Service. In case of lack of conformity, you are entitled to request the repair or replacement of the product. In the event that the aforementioned remedies are not possible or are excessively onerous, you shall be entitled to a reduction in the price paid or to termination of the sales contract, pursuant to Article 130 of the Consumer Code.
- Payments
4.1
For payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you may use one of the methods indicated on the order form. In no case will you be charged higher costs than those actually incurred by the Seller, in relation to the payment method you have chosen.
4.2
In the event of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or the date of its expiry) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Banca Sella or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Moreover, this information will never be used by the Seller except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase and issuing refunds in the event of product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police commission of fraud on shop.venti4.com. The price for the purchase of products and the shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account at the time of shipping the purchased products.
- Value vouchers
5.1
Value vouchers are personalised codes, also called PROMO CODES, which allow you to benefit from a discount on the purchases made on SHOP.VENTI4.COM.
5.2
The PROMO CODE box is displayed on the first page of the purchasing process: once you have inserted the items in the Shopping Bag, enter your code in the PROMO CODE box and click on Recalculate. At this point a pop-up will open allowing you to choose which of the items you wish to purchase you wish to apply your value voucher to. Select the item and click APPLY. Value vouchers can only be applied to one item per order, therefore other items in the Shopping Bag will not be subject to any discount.
5.3
Restrictions on the use of value vouchers:
The value voucher can only be used once, subject to returns (as set out in section 5.4);
The value voucher may not be redeemed for cash in any way;
It is not possible to use several value vouchers in the same order;
The value voucher shall apply to only one item per order;
Value vouchers shall only be applied to articles whose sales value exceeds the value of the voucher by at least 1 euro. It cannot be applied to items belonging to the Sample Sale or charity sales.
5.4
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 52 of the Consumer Code and return an item on which you have applied the value voucher, you must follow the standard return procedure available in the Returns section. Once your return has been accepted, the relative code will be reactivated with its original value. The difference in cost you incurred in purchasing the item will be credited back to you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the standard refund procedure.
- Shipping and delivery of products
6.1
To find out about the specific product shipment and delivery methods, please visit the Shipping section in the Customer Service area. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained therein forms an integral and substantial part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, therefore, shall be deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

We would like our social channels (Facebook; Instagram and Twitter) to also be a place for dialogue and sharing.
The pages are open to everyone's comments and the aim is to open a dialogue with all users, below in brief the behaviours are not allowed:
(i) We are happy to receive your comments when they are consistent and relevant: we reserve the right to remove those not related to individual discussions, those that concern activities of external sites, commercial promotions not authorized by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L.
(ii) We will delete the comments of all those who use language in violation of the rules of good manners, scurrilous and aimed at damaging the reputation of those who manage or moderate this page or other users, will not be tolerated comments offensive to ethnic minorities, political, religious or other.
(iii) Copyright infringing conduct or the use of trademarks without prior permission will not be tolerated.
We therefore remind you that illegal activities aimed at defaming or threatening to defame, or disseminate personal data of third parties without authorisation will not be tolerated. In this case, we will contact the competent authorities.
If we deem it appropriate, we will report the content in question to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. In addition, after repeated violations of this policy, the user responsible may be banned.
Please do not share any information about your purchase orders on our websites, either directly or indirectly, nor any information about your personal data.

- Right of withdrawal pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code
8.1
Pursuant to article 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day you received the products purchased on shop.venti4.com. In some specific cases, duly reported in the Right of Withdrawal section, it will be possible to change the chosen item with another one.
8.2
To withdraw from the contract you can use, at your discretion, one of the following methods, in accordance with art. 54 of the Consumer Code: i) use of the Return Form (conforming to the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) to be completed and transmitted directly online through the website shop.venti4.com; ii) use of this form (conforming to the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) to be completed and transmitted to the Vendor; iii) sending to the Vendor any other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
If you choose to use the Return Form to be sent directly online through the website shop.venti4.com, the Vendor will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.
If you choose, instead, to send another declaration of withdrawal, the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be on you.
8.3
Once you have exercised your right to withdraw from the contract, you must return the products to the Seller by handing them over to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days from when you informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
8.4
The only costs you will incur are those for returning the purchased products, unless the Seller has expressly exempted you from such costs at the time of purchase and on the further condition that you use the forwarding agent indicated by the Seller in the Return Form.
8.5
If you decide to use the forwarding agent indicated by the Seller on the Return Form, you will not be required to pay the cost of returning the purchased products yourself. Payment of the cost of returning the purchased products will be made directly by the Seller on your behalf, thus releasing you from any obligation to pay the forwarding agent. In fact, the Seller will deduct from the refund a lump sum equal to the standard shipping cost of the purchased products. In addition, from the moment the purchased products are returned to the forwarding agent indicated by the Seller on the Return Form, the Seller releases you from any liability in the event of loss or damage of the products during transport.
8.6
If you decide to use a shipping method other than the one indicated by the Seller on the Return Form, you will have to pay the costs of returning the purchased products yourself. In this case, pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code, you will also be reimbursed an amount equivalent to the cost of standard shipment of the purchased products, while any additional costs incurred by you for having chosen a different and/or faster type of shipment and delivery than the standard one will not be reimbursed. In this case, you may still be liable for any loss or damage to the products during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of carrier and/or shipping method.
8.7
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures referred to in Articles. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, described in paragraphs 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 above - shall be deemed to be properly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
the Return Form transmitted directly online through the shop.venti4.com website, this form or any other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly filled out and transmitted to the Seller within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products;
the products must not have been used, and in particular must not have been opened;
The guarantee seal and the transparent package, if any, must be intact;
the products must be returned in their original packaging; in particular, the packaging must be sealed as it was originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that make it up;
the returned products must be handed over to the forwarding agent within fourteen (14) days from the time you have informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
the products must not be damaged.
8.8
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised by following the procedures and terms indicated in this paragraph 8, the Seller shall refund any sums already collected for the purchase of products in accordance with the procedures and terms provided.
8.9
The amounts will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedures, once verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above, as indicated in paragraph 9.
8.10
If you do not comply with the procedures and time limits for exercising your right of withdrawal, referred to in letters a), e) and f) of paragraph 7 above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. Within 14 days of receiving the e-mail informing you that your return has not been accepted, you may choose to return the products, at your expense, in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, by notifying the Seller in accordance with the procedures that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
If the conditions set out in letters b), c) and d) of paragraph 7.7 above are not met, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. In fact, you will be liable for any reduction in the value of the returned products resulting from use other than that necessary to allow you to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products themselves. In this case, a percentage of between 10 and 90 per cent of the sums paid by you to the Seller for the purchase of the returned products will be deducted from the refund as specifically notified to you by the Seller by e-mail.
Within 14 days from the sending of the e-mail informing you of the amount deducted from the refund, you may choose to re-obtain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, by notifying the Seller in accordance with the procedures that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.
- Refund times and procedures
9.1
After the return of the products, the Seller shall carry out the necessary checks on their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 8. If the checks are positive, the Seller shall send you, via e-mail, confirmation of acceptance of the returned products and shall arrange for the refund. If the checks are not successful, the Seller shall inform you by e-mail of the existence of a decrease in value of the returned products due to your failure to comply with the conditions referred to in letters b) c) and d) of paragraph 8.3 above. At the same time, the Seller shall also inform you of the amount that will be deducted from the sums paid by you for the purchase of the returned products and shall make a partial refund, without prejudice, alternatively, to the possibility of re-obtaining, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 8.10 above.
9.2
Regardless of the method of payment used by you, the full or partial refund will be activated by the Seller in accordance with Article 56, paragraph I, of the Consumer Code, in the shortest possible time and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verifying the proper execution of your right of withdrawal and verification of returned products.
9.3
The Seller will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used to purchase the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller to use a different means of payment and provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. If there is no correspondence between the addressee of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Seller, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
9.4
We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as that of the debit;
9.5
The Seller indicates as forwarding agent for the return of the products the courier Nexive (http://www.nexive.it/) using the label provided at the moment of the approval of the return; you will be able to return the products to the Seller, without making the payment of the necessary expenses yourself. According to the modalities and terms provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, this method allows the Seller the direct payment, on your behalf, of the expenses of return of the purchased products, freeing you from any obligation of payment towards the forwarding agent. In fact, the Seller will deduct from the refund a lump sum equal to the standard shipping cost of the purchased products. This method also allows you to check, at any time, the whereabouts of each package, releasing you from any liability in the event of loss of or damage to the products during transport.
9.6
If you decide to use a shipping agent other than the one indicated by the Seller to return the products, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, including liability for any loss or damage to the products.

- Applicable law and dispute resolution
12.1
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumers' rights in contracts", with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of e-commerce.
12.2
In the event of disputes between the Seller and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the Seller guarantees, as of now, pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, full adherence to and acceptance of the RisolviOnline conciliation service. RisolviOnline is an independent and institutional service, provided by the Arbitration Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, which allows to reach a satisfactory agreement, with the help of a neutral and competent conciliator, in a friendly and safe way, on the Internet. - Amendment and updating
13.1
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be amended from time to time, also in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on shop.venti4.com.
