Art. 1 – Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 – This contract (“Contract”) is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”). The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. (” VENTI4‘ or the “Seller”), with registered office in Via Giacomo Leopardi 8 – 20123 Milan (MI), registered in the Milan Register of Companies, VAT number 04062240165, and the consumer (the ’Customer”).
1.2 – The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by DOMUS PARFUMS.R.L. of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the Internet, through the website www.venti4.com (‘Website’) and/or through other distance selling systems of DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L., based on the methods described in the following article.

1.3 – The purchase of products for sale on this Website is reserved for individuals of legal age who are acting for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activity they may carry out. Therefore, by placing an order (hereinafter the ‘Order’) in the manner provided for on the Website and illustrated in Article 2 below, the Customer expressly declares that they are of legal age and are acting outside their commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activity.
1.4 – By sending the Order, the Customer also declares that they have read all the information provided to them during the purchase process and that they fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the ‘Terms and Conditions’). We recommend that you keep a copy by printing them or saving them on a durable medium.
Art. 2 – Purchase procedure / Conclusion of the contract
2.1 – Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will receive an email from VENTI4 confirming receipt of the order. A ‘Customer Order Number’ will also be assigned, which must be used in all communications with VENTI4. DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. will verify the actual availability of the requested goods in stock. In the event of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested goods, VENTI4 will contact the Customer by email to notify them of the unavailability of the product(s).
Art. 3 – Product availability
3.1 – The Customer may only purchase products listed in the electronic catalogue visible on the websitewww.venti4.com, in the quantities available in stock and, where applicable, available from suppliers.
Art. 4 – Shipping
4.1 – After the order has been completed, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. will send the Customer an email confirming receipt of the order. In the event of impossibility, even temporary, to fulfil the order in whole or in part, VENTI4 will immediately send a communication to agree with the Customer, without prejudice to the Customer’s right to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.
4.2 – VENTI4 undertakes to ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 24–48 working hours of the order being placed. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
4.3 – For orders of alcoholic perfumery outside the European Union, DOMUSPARFUM S.R.L. will ship within 20 days.
4.4 – VENTI4 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the shipment of products if the information provided is found to be untrue (e.g., non-existent email address or telephone number).
4.5 – Any complaints can be sent to: admin@europeanetwork.com.
Art. 5 – Prices
5.1 – The sales prices of the products shown on the website www.venti4.com include VAT and do not include shipping costs.
Art. 6 – Payment methods
6.1 – The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods:
(a) VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards
(b) Apple Pay
(c) Google Pay
Art. 7 – Customer Obligations
The Customer declares and guarantees: 1. that they are a consumer as defined in Art. 3 of the Consumer Code; 2. that they are of legal age; 3. that the data provided for the execution of the Contract is correct and truthful.
Art. 8 – Right of Withdrawal
8.1 – The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending an email to admin@europeanetwork.com.
8.2 – The Customer must return the products in perfect condition and unused to the address indicated on the invoice or transport document within 14 days of receipt. Withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: • Used or damaged products; • Products opened by the Customer (no longer sealed); • Personalised products or products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly (e.g. cosmetics).
8.3 – Return costs are borne by the Customer. DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are intact and compliant.
8.4 – The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
8.5 – If the return is not compliant, the Customer will be contacted and may choose to have the products returned at their own expense. In case of refusal, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. may retain the products and deduct the value from the refund.
8.6 – For orders outside the EU, it is possible to cancel the order by 12:00 noon (Italian time) on the following working day. After this time, it is not possible to cancel the order or exercise the right of withdrawal.
Art. 9 – Right of Replacement
In the event of replacement, the same rules set out in Art. 8 shall apply. DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. shall verify the integrity of the returned product and, after confirmation, shall proceed with the new shipment upon payment of the transport costs.
Art. 10 – Value vouchers
10.1 – Vouchers (discount codes or gift vouchers) allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on www.venti4.com.
10.2 – The voucher must be entered in the appropriate box during the checkout process.
10.3 – Restrictions:
- It can only be used once;
- It cannot be converted into cash;
- Cannot be combined with other vouchers;
- Only applicable to items with a value of at least €1 more than the voucher.
10.4 – In the event of a return, the voucher will be reactivated with its original value.
Art. 11 – Shipment storage
The Customer will receive email notifications on the progress of the shipment. The courier will make two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest depot. Force majeure – In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery and may suspend or terminate the contract.
Art. 12 – Guarantee
All VENTI4 products are original and sourced from authorised manufacturers or distributors. In the event of a defect, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal as provided for in Art. 8. For any complaints: admin@europeanetwork.com
Art. 13 – Privacy
13.1 – Personal data collected will be processed by DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the privacy policy on the Website. Further processing will only be carried out with the express consent of the Customer.
13.2 – In the event of disputes, DOMUS PARFUM S.R.L. adheres to the RisolviOnline conciliation service provided by the Arbitration Chamber of the Milan Chamber of Commerce. Art. 14 – Invoicing
14.1 – You can request an invoice at checkout by selecting the dedicated option and entering the correct details.
14.2 – If the request was not made at checkout, you can send a request to aadmin@europeanetwork.com within 5 days of the order date. After this deadline, it will not be possible to issue an invoice.
Art. 15 – Amendments and updates
15.1 – The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended at any time, including as a result of regulatory changes. The new Terms and Conditions shall come into force on the date of publication on www.venti4.com.
